At Three Rivers Physical Therapy, our goal is to work with other healthcare professionals to provide quality care to our patients and help them return to a higher quality of life. Our staff is committed to the overall well-being of each client. We want to establish goals with each of our patients to meet and/or exceed standard of living expectations for that patient.

Rob Kennell, Owner
MPT
Rob was raised in the Tri-Cities. He graduated from Kennewick High School in 1990, then Oregon State University in 1994. While at OSU, he played on the Men’s Soccer team. Numerous injuries suffered while playing led him into the field of Physical Therapy. Rob graduated from the University of Southern California Physical Therapy School in 1996 then returned to the Tri-Cities. He worked for an out-patient private practice clinic for ten years and then opened Three Rivers Physical Therapy in June, 2006.
Outside the office, Rob enjoys time with his wife and six children. He coaches and works out through running, cycling and occasional triathlons. He also enjoys yard work and small group activities at Bethel Church.
Eric Harrison
DPT, MSE
Eric obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Ouachita Baptist University, then a Master of Science degree at Texas A & M – Commerce in 2003. He moved to Spokane in 2005 and graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University in 2008. He has worked at Three Rivers Physical Therapy since 2008, with a brief stop in Oklahoma from 2011-2013.
He enjoys time with his wife and three children along with camping, hunting, hiking and watching/playing sports.
Ryan McKinney
DPT
Ryan grew up in the Tri-Cities. He graduated from Richland High School in 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Washington State University in 2012. He then attended Eastern Washington University, graduating with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2016. He worked at Kadlec’s outpatient facility for 6 months before starting at Three Rivers Physical Therapy in May of 2017.
Away from work, Ryan enjoys golfing, playing basketball, working out, spending time with his wife Kayla and camping, amongst other hobbies.
Brian Wingert
PTA
Brian graduated from Whitworth College in Spokane Washington with a Bachelor of Science, Health and Fitness, Physical Education. After getting married in 2005 he went on to get his PTA degree from Whatcom Community College in Bellingham Washington and has practiced since 2008. He has been with Three Rivers Physical Therapy since July of 2011.
His primary interests are spending time with his wife and two children, cycling, staying active, camping and being outdoors whenever possible.
